The itinerary should also include the date, party size, bags, next destination and any waiting request. If the hotel changes access or a particular entrance cannot accommodate the vehicle, follow instructions for an appropriate nearby location. Accurate communication reduces unnecessary circling; it does not promise access to every doorstep.
