The 73rd Macau Grand Prix is scheduled for 19–22 November 2026. Choose your race date before choosing a stand and a single-day ticket. Standard tickets for 19 or 20 November cost MOP 100 at each of the three stands; on 21 or 22 November they cost MOP 400, 750 or 1,200 depending on the stand. These are not four-day passes, and an online order does not replace the paper ticket required for admission.
Choose the date before clicking “from 100”
The official ticket information for this edition confirms the 19–22 November dates. A 12 October report in Macau Daily Times describes seven races, including the FIA FR World Cup, FIA GT World Cup, FIA F4 World Cup and Macau Guia Race. For a first-time spectator, the useful question is not how to memorise every category: it is which day and session contains the competition you want to see.
Four event days do not mean four identical programmes. Practice, qualifying and a main race are different sessions. Check the organiser's current programme for your preferred competition, then choose that date on the ticket page. If you mainly want a first taste of a street-circuit event, a weekday single-day ticket offers a lower-budget option to compare. If you are travelling for one particular race, establish its date before shopping by price.
Information in this guide was checked on 15 October 2026. The figures below record published standard prices and conditions, not live availability. Recheck the 73rd-edition MacauTicket listing before paying.
Compare three stands by date, seating and budget
| Stand | 19 or 20 November, per day | 21 or 22 November, per day |
|---|---|---|
| Grand Stand | MOP 100, unreserved | MOP 750, unreserved |
| Lisboa Bend Stand | MOP 100, unreserved | MOP 1,200, assigned seating |
| Reservoir Stand | MOP 100, unreserved | MOP 400, unreserved |
The ticket page lists prices in Macao patacas and says the numerical amount is the same when paying in Hong Kong dollars. These are daily prices: two people attending two days must check tickets for both people and both dates. One ticket does not allow arbitrary changes of day or stand. Concession tickets have separate eligibility and collection conditions; their price is not the standard price available to every visitor.

Decide whether assigned seating matters. Lisboa Bend Stand has assigned seats on 21 and 22 November; the other combinations in the table are unreserved. If your group wants to sit together, confirm allocation during purchase. Unreserved admission cannot guarantee adjacent seats or a particular camera angle.
Then compare cost and cover. The vendor marks Grand Stand and Lisboa Bend Stand as covered seating. Cover does not mean that every seat is fully protected from sun or rain at every moment. Reservoir Stand is the lower-priced standard weekend option in this comparison. Assess walking requirements, viewing preferences and your companions' needs against the current stand-location information, rather than choosing from one close-up photograph online.

A grandstand ticket is not a pass to wander freely around the circuit. Watch from authorised areas and follow the ticket's scope and staff directions. The historical photographs in this article explain the type of setting; they do not guarantee the 2026 layout, entrances or sightlines.
Paper tickets, children and large bags
MacauTicket explicitly lists paper-ticket admission only. After paying online, follow the collection instructions for that particular order. Do not treat a confirmation-email screenshot as the paper ticket, or assume that every sales channel uses the same collection location.
- Children aged two and over need a ticket. If bringing a younger child, confirm admission and seating arrangements with the seller rather than inferring an additional seat from the age rule.
- Each person may buy up to ten tickets per transaction. For a larger party, check the purchase process; splitting transactions does not guarantee adjacent seating.
- Bulky luggage is not permitted in the venue. If you are checking out before the event, arrange confirmed hotel or other storage before collecting tickets and entering.
- Reservoir Stand concession tickets require the published eligibility and identification. Do not select a concession for a companion who does not qualify.
The ticket conditions also allow the organiser to change or cancel the event because of severe weather or force majeure. Do not assume guaranteed racing, a fixed finish time or a refund under every circumstance. Read the terms of the sales channel you are using before payment.
Arrival in Macau is not arrival at your stand
Reaching Macau by ferry, bus or another service does not put you inside the grandstand. When comparing hotels, ports and terminals, include the last walk, ticket collection and security process rather than relying only on the straight-line distance on a map.
The vendor currently lists on-site ticket booths on the pavement in front of the Outer Harbour Ferry Terminal for Grand Stand; on Avenida Dr. Rodrigo Rodrigues opposite Oceanus for Reservoir Stand; and in front of Hotel Lisboa and between Wynn Macau and StarWorld Hotel for Lisboa Bend Stand. Published booth hours are 06:30–18:00 on 19–21 November and 06:30–17:00 on 22 November. These are ticket-booth hours, not race start times or a promise about your order's collection arrangements. Check the instructions for your order and the actual on-site arrangements separately.

Recheck temporary traffic and pedestrian arrangements with the organiser and Macau's Transport Bureau closer to departure. Do not reuse a 2025 road-closure chart or assume a driver can stop at the grandstand gate. Confirm an accessible drop-off point, the onward walking route and whether everyone in your group can manage it. Public buses, walking and taxis each have useful roles; the choice depends on the routes and restrictions operating that day.
For a same-day return from Hong Kong, also plan immigration procedures, movement between terminals or ports, ferry or bus services and waiting time. Our Hong Kong–Macau ferry and bridge-bus comparison helps compare intercity options, but does not replace temporary event-day arrangements.

With children or older adults, choose a manageable visit
Street-racing sound, long periods of sitting and the walking involved can be more demanding than an ordinary indoor performance. Consider suitable hearing protection, sun protection and comfortable clothing, and agree on rest and early-exit options. These are comfort-planning suggestions, not a guarantee that a particular stand is safe or suitable for every age. Ask the organiser about specific items you want to bring and whether re-entry is allowed.
There is no need to stay until the last session merely to get your money's worth. If a child is clearly uncomfortable with the sound, an older companion is tired or conditions change, a shorter visit should remain possible. When choosing tickets, consider the route from seat to exit and a suitable place to rest afterwards. A covered or assigned seat alone does not answer every comfort question.

The first step after racing is leaving the stand
The session finish, walking out, collecting stored bags and reaching a pickup point or ferry terminal are separate milestones. Do not enter the expected finish time as your vehicle pickup time, or make the last ferry the only viable way home.
Identify a recognisable meeting area that can legally be reached that day, then confirm it against temporary instructions. Agree how the group will reconnect if separated, keep phones charged and save order and return-travel details. If you must catch a flight, train or final cross-border service, work backwards from its check-in or boarding deadline to decide when to leave the event. Do not assume the programme will end exactly as expected.
Your pre-journey checklist
- Check the date of your preferred competition and match tickets, accommodation and intercity travel.
- Distinguish daily admission, the selected stand and reserved or unreserved seating; “from 100” is not every weekend price.
- Collect paper tickets as instructed and verify child and concession eligibility.
- Store large bags and allow separate time for collection, walking and entry.
- Recheck the current programme, weather, temporary transport and permitted items before departure.
- Plan the finish, walk out and pickup as separate stages, leaving flexibility for your return.

Make it your journey
Settle the date, stand and ticket-collection method before arranging travel within Macau or from Hong Kong. For a transfer enquiry, provide the ticket date and stand, hotel or port, passenger count and luggage so that feasible pickup and drop-off arrangements can be checked for that day.
