The easiest mistake at Ocean Park Halloween Fest 2026 is treating park admission, designated haunted experiences and priority access as one ticket. Choose an eligible date first, then decide between the Triple Terror Combo and Under the Castle Plus+ ticket. Companions who do not want haunted experiences can focus on daytime activities and performances without buying every add-on.
Choose the date before choosing the scares
Ocean Park separates its 2026 programme into a daytime experience from 5 September to 1 November and a day-and-night experience on 9–11, 16–19, 23–25 and 30–31 October, plus 1 November. Those 13 designated dates have published day-and-night event hours of 10:00–23:00. That does not mean every haunted attraction opens at 10:00: check the individual attraction and performance schedule for your day. Official tickets and calendar
This guide was checked on 17 October 2026, while the event was still running. When buying after reading it, remove dates that have already passed. If Monday is your only option, 19 October appears on the designated calendar, but that does not imply every Monday has the night experiences. Check the park calendar, private events and temporary changes again before travelling.

Pick the experiences that interest your group
The current HK01 preview introduces four haunted themes and the Under the Castle collaboration. It is useful for understanding the different concepts. Preview experiences, reported sales growth and past guest appearances are not proof of remaining tickets or a performance on your particular date.
The official event page lists Troublesome Night 8, Voodoo Boo Terror Park, Forbidden Asylum and Under the Castle. The first three belong to the Triple Terror Combo. Under the Castle has a separate Plus+ VIP Access ticket. If you want a Hong Kong horror-film theme and a range of haunted settings, examine the three-experience combo. If Under the Castle is your reason for going, start with its own product; the other combo is not a prerequisite.
For a less frightening visit, look into the Bulu Boo interactive games, trick-or-treat activities and performances. Each still has its own hours, capacity and operating arrangements: a show being part of the programme does not mean it can be seen whenever you arrive. Ocean Express also has Halloween flashing lights and eerie sound effects. Discuss dark spaces and sudden noises with companions rather than assuming that a familiar transport attraction is entirely scare-free.

Separate the three layers of cost
The following are the published standard prices in Hong Kong dollars, checked on 17 October 2026. They do not show live availability and exclude meals, transport and shopping. For a promotion, membership offer or third-party package, read that particular product's inclusions instead of automatically adding every item below.
| Product | Standard price | What it covers and excludes |
|---|---|---|
| General admission | HKD 538 for adults aged 12+; HKD 269 for children aged 3–11 | Park entry; excludes the four designated haunted experiences, related chargeable attraction activities and OPPA Scaremonies |
| Triple Terror Combo: Troublesome Night, Voodoo Boo and Asylum | HKD 238 on non-peak dates; HKD 280 on peak dates | One visit to each of the three designated haunted experiences; excludes park admission and Halloween Ocean FasTrack |
| Under the Castle Plus+ VIP Access | HKD 280 | One Under the Castle haunted experience, plus SnapGenie Spot, Into the Mirror and Phantom Lounge; excludes park admission and Halloween Ocean FasTrack |
| Halloween Ocean FasTrack | Standard HKD 380; Pro HKD 620 | Priority access for designated attractions; excludes both park admission and haunted-experience combo tickets |
For the Triple Terror Combo, non-peak dates are 9–11 and 16–19 October; peak dates are 23–25 and 30–31 October, plus 1 November. Both haunted-experience products are dated tickets. Holders must also have valid park admission or an Annual Membership for entry. Their access to the OPPA Scaremonies performance is capacity-limited and first come, first served; it is not a reserved seat.

For example, an adult without membership or another admission ticket choosing standard entry plus the Triple Terror Combo pays HKD 776 = 538 + 238 on a non-peak date, or HKD 818 = 538 + 280 on a peak date. Standard adult entry plus Under the Castle is also HKD 818. These sums exclude FasTrack and other spending. A HKD 280 add-on alone does not let you enter the park.
FasTrack is a priority service, not four haunted-house tickets
Standard FasTrack offers seven priority accesses selected from the designated rides and attractions; Pro covers the priority accesses for all designated attractions. It does not replace park admission or the relevant haunted-experience ticket. Nor should it be read as unlimited rides or a guarantee of no waiting anywhere.
Write down the attractions you actually want, then compare the official FasTrack list and the day's schedule. Someone accompanying friends for photographs or daytime performances may not need it. With a limited budget, secure the correct date and essential admission first, then decide whether priority access is worth the additional cost. Several attractive starting prices can become a much larger family total.
Decide children's and companions' limits first
Children under five cannot enter the four designated haunted experiences. A child admission ticket for ages 3–11 does not make a three- or four-year-old eligible for those attractions. Being old enough is not the same as feeling comfortable. Explain the lighting, sounds and actor interactions beforehand, and do not insist that a child continues simply because a ticket was purchased.
The operator also advises against these haunted experiences for pregnant visitors and people with heart disease, high blood pressure, claustrophobia, epilepsy, physical discomfort, or who are affected by drugs or alcohol. Follow the park's conditions and appropriate professional advice for individual health circumstances. Promotional images cannot establish suitability. Groups can split up, but agree on a bright, recognisable meeting point and arrange appropriate adult supervision for children.

Allow time between the Waterfront and the Summit
The official programme places Voodoo Boo at Waterfront Plaza in the Waterfront, while the other designated haunted experiences are near different attractions in the Summit. A multi-experience plan needs cross-zone transport, walking, food and breaks. Two nearby start times in a personal itinerary do not prove that the journey between them is possible.

One flexible approach is to check the day's openings and queue or reservation arrangements on arrival, enjoy the regular attractions you want during the day, eat and rest before the evening, then concentrate on one group of haunted experiences. There is no need for everyone to stay from 10:00 until 23:00. With children, older companions or an early flight the next day, finishing earlier can be more practical than adding one final haunted house. Follow the actual attraction queue cut-off arrangements on site.
Getting there, getting home and the final purchase check
The park's public transport page includes Ocean Park station on the MTR South Island Line. Check the entire route from your hotel, and the return connections and last trains. Ocean Park and Water World Ocean Park are different destinations; make the location clear in a navigation app or taxi request.
Before paying, open the official product for your selected date and confirm availability, ticket-holder or usage rules, and refund or amendment conditions. The event terms restrict refunds and rescheduling for cancellations caused by adverse weather or relevant measures. Do not assume rain automatically entitles you to a refund or another date; clarify uncertainties with the park before purchase. We have not attempted a purchase and do not guarantee remaining capacity on any date.
The official page also listed a members' all-access offer for 10 October. That date has passed and it should not be treated as a current recommendation. Save your electronic tickets and order, and budget separately for food, souvenirs and travel. If you have a border crossing or flight after the visit, include the walk from the park to the station or meeting point, rather than simply writing “pickup at 23:00”.
Your pre-journey checklist
- Choose an eligible 2026 date and distinguish daytime from designated haunted-experience dates.
- Check admission or membership, haunted tickets and FasTrack separately so essential entry is covered.
- Confirm age and comfort levels; under-fives cannot join the designated haunted experiences.
- Allow for cross-zone journeys, meals, breaks, queue cut-offs and the trip home.
- Recheck availability and purchase conditions without relying on an expired members' offer.
